Your Checklist & Care Plan
After the visit, we’ll create a personalized cleaning checklist based on what we discussed. This includes all agreed-upon tasks, any add-ons, and notes specific to your space or preferences. We’ll also outline how often we’ll clean and what products we’ll use.
Estimate & Approval
You’ll receive a quote along with scheduling options and a quick overview of our policies (like cancellation or rescheduling). Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll get your service scheduled. For recurring cleanings, we’ll send over a simple agreement for clarity and consistency.
Cleaning Day

How far in advance should I book?

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
Not at all, unless that’s your preference. Many of our clients provide access instructions and go about their day while we handle the rest. Just let us know what works best for you.

How long does a typical cleaning take?

What Does It Cost, and How Do I Pay?
After your walkthrough, we’ll provide a personalized quote based on your space, schedule, and any add-ons you’d like. No hidden fees, just clear pricing confirmed up front.
Payment is typically due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Recurring clients can set up automatic payments, and invoicing is available for commercial accounts.
Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated. If you choose to leave gratuity, it goes directly to your cleaner.
What kind of cleaning products do you use?
All of our cleaning products are safe for kids and pets. We also offer two levels of product personalization:
- Standard service includes safe, effective, general-purpose cleaners.
- Premium service includes non-toxic, hypoallergenic, or fragrance-free options.
We’ll talk through what’s best for your home during the walkthrough and are happy to accommodate allergies or sensitivities.
How do you ensure consistent quality?
We believe consistency is key, so every client receives a custom Care Plan and checklist tailored to their space. This ensures our team knows exactly what to clean, how, and when.
We also provide regular team training, internal quality checks, and open communication to keep standards high. If anything ever feels off, just let us know. We’re here to make it right.
How do you prevent cross-contamination?
Cross-contamination within the space, as well as across jobs, is something we take very seriously! We use color-coded tools for different rooms and disinfect everything between jobs. With Flo’s medical background, our sanitation protocols go above and beyond industry norms, and every team member is trained to follow our high standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
Do you offer evening or weekend cleanings?
Yes, we do, by appointment only. If you need a cleaning outside of standard weekday hours, let us know during your consultation. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We’re proud to offer discounted services for veterans and seniors as a small way of honoring the contributions they’ve made to our communities. Just mention it during your consultation, and we’ll apply the appropriate rate to your plan.
